Jon was a junior in the Communication Studies Department at Northwestern University when he worked on the text-messaging study in the Web Use Project group. He graduated from Northwesten in 2009, where he studied organizational communication and psychology. He currently works for Accenture as a management consulting intern in the area of talent and organization performance, specifically concentrating on communications in change management. |
